Wanting an opinion about how to proceed and or handle this.

Oh I have. I'm active everyday and do help the new recruits. I myself have brought in about 1/3 of the members there. While i'm not end game yet, i'm close and I do and usually help out with dungeons runs whenever possible. Not to mention I'm one of the active MB members and have brought in and contributed a large sum of gil. I have suggested some things to improve the company, but allot have been ignored. So yes I can answer yes to questions 1,2,4,and 5

You should move to my server and make us lots of gil and start a recruitment drive, I'll recognize you for a promotion

who cares what you do? its a game and who cares what rank you are in the FC it doesnt really matter. Being promoted not being Promoted none of it matters. Just play the game as long as you get to play in the raids thats all that matters. You are just QQing over nothing.

well said statement. if a rank matters that much, i suggest you create your own fc, because your never going to be happy. if you're not happy, you should quit gaming in general, at least online
