    It is likely added there to encourage some form of off-DPSing (which I already try to maximize, personally) for the healers. If not directly off-DPSing for DPS-checks, then at least as an utility in pivotal situations. To give you an example: T5 Dreadknights. A WHM can Stone I them for the heavy-effect, as can the SCH do a Miasma. We might be encouraged to do similar things in T6-9. I quite like the accuracy boosts, though it won't really make us a 100% accuracy machines either, especially with the rising (likely) accuracy caps of turns 6-9, but every little bit helps. Nothing more infuriating than a missed Miasma on a dreadknight.

    Usually acc caps differ by each job, so no reason SCH/WHM won't be seeing their acc cap in i90. Since it is on every piece it does add up.
