1st, make sure your weapon (at least) is on par to your level. Then, as you're running in, spam tomahawk button until it goes off to initiate the pull. Then, when the mobs are gathered, pop a flash, then move through the mob to make sure they 'stack' throw out an overpower or 2. with 3 mobs, I usually overpower twice. Then start in your HS>SS combo on the mob the DD is hitting (or whatever you mark as 1, if they're not hitting #1, let them have it lol). Then you can go into maim combo and skull sunders rotating on individual targets.

(just for clarification, in my last sentence, by skull sunders, I of course mean combo, not just skull sunder by itself)

I go into berserk and overpower everything.
    Code:
    /ac "Bloodbath"
    /wait 1
    /ac "Berserk"

OP, everyone is making it harder then it is...

Really simple, mark and pull with Tomahawk, drop Overpower twice when the mob groups near you, then go into your rotations.

If you do that, you will only lose hate on the mob that your group is attacking outside your marking.

Works like a charm and you do not need to "SPAM" Overpower.

I have leveled a Gladiator to 50 and are now leveling a Marauder to 50 (40 atm)
Personally I think they are about equal in aggro management with the Marauder having an edge thanks to damage on the AE taunt

But the problem with hate usually boils down to that the DPS don't know or care about hate and keep spamming every attack as soon as they refresh and also do AE or DoT on other mobs in the group
Thus you need to cycle between them to generate hate

or just let the DPSser die until he learns to manage his hate generation

Let's just sum all of this up in a quick line. The only time you shouldn't be overpowering, is when your overpower is on cooldown.

It sounds like your weapon might be outdated.
I just leveled MRD to 26 and had no problems at all, even against level sync'd dps wearing full i90 gear.
I just spammed Overpower a LOT and then threw in a HS/SS combo every once in a while.
Just cross class [Invigorate] and double or triple up on the amount of Overpowers you are using and you should be fine.

That's an awesome advice, now i think maybe i should play mrd instead of war in 2.2 for the sole sake of more overpowers!!!

Looks like you did what you are supposed to do, so I can only think of either your weapon is too low for the content or your teammates are 2+ levels higher than you. Otherwise, there shouldn't be any problem holding hate.
