RMT Spam

We are paying you for a game to play and enjoy. It's very hard to enjoy when we get spammed with RMT tells. Blisting them does no good. They just delete the char and create another one and spam you with that one. So what is the point in blisting?

except many of them are not deleting the char, they just create another and another. then later after they have gone through all 8 chars they will go back to char 1 and attempt to do it again. and in some cases it works because people delete them from their blist thinking they wont be used again
