Why I don't like the idea of paying for extra retainers.

If they start putting in ACTUAL P2W stuff like EXP boosters/Best gear in the game only found at Cash Shops/etc

Square will sell as much as they can as long as people keep buying. Seeing how many apologists will give them money hand over fist, it's only a matter of time before full-on P2W items become available. Everquest Next was confirmed for PC as well as PS4 (Square would do well to remember that) and is F2P. If I want a cash shop, I'll play that.

I suppose I should thank threads like this then to show SE we don't like P2W items. I hope they see this and don't go any further than storage space. ( if Retainers don't sell well they may even discontinue the service. So vote with your money!

Edit: Threads like these made the 360 day Vet rewards which was at first kinda lame, is now kinda alright. I do respect threads like these for the greater good. However, sometimes some threads get taken out of hand (personal opinion).

One thing is for sure, SE (Yoshi-P) does listen and the 360 vet day change is proof of that.

Well, good news I am one of the people that doesn't need extra space in fact if I could give away some inv. space I would :P.

Edit: Retainer Venture's probably has more to it then people think there is. I may not use the Retainer Venture system after I fiddle with it. Will see though. There is a chance these extra Retainer's can't get involved with venturing.
