I know a lot of people who refer to FPS drops as "lag" and I experience an FPS drop in the zone myself.
As a BLM, My skills would constantly be interupted despite not moving an inch, I use Swiftcast and it doesn't apply until several seconds later which I've always wasted on a Fire 1 instead of Fire 3. Popped Convert, Raging Strikes, nothing happens. Unable to interact with the plants until AFTER you're dead. I imagine healers have it much worse, especially if you're a WHM (I think Eos still tries to heal the tank)

It's not an FPS issue. It's literally a massive server strain issue
