				Alright, then my next recommendation would be making sure that you can even connect to their servers after flushing your DNS. If you don't know how to flush your DNS:
Open a command prompt by clicking the Windows button -> search "cmd" -> open the program that pops up -> type "ipconfig/flushdns" (without the quotes).
From there, still in the command prompt, try to ping the data centers:
NA: 184.107.107.176
JP: 202.67.53.202
EU: 209.130.141.243
If you can't ping any of those, then that means there's an issue with your connection and not your computer.
Edit: And in case you don't know how to ping, all you need to do is simply type ping [IP] in the command prompt. So for example, to ping the NA data center, you would type: ping 184.107.107.176
