So what you are saying is that there priority is for 3 mages 3 tanks a scout class ( which i completely agree with ) and just gonna keep the 1 ranged physical dps? Do you see what im saying? We have 2 tanks 2 magic dps 2 melee dps and 1 ranged dps and 2 healers. Again why even put the resources into the remade cities if you arent gonna do it? Why would I blame tanaka? Yoshi is the one pushing the class to the side.

Yes he said NEW jobs. Musketeer is not a new job. I repeat it is NOT a new job/class. The other jobs/classes dont even have a guild or lore in the game. I understand why they would need a expansion. Musketeer not so much. I though about it for a "little while"

I remember glancing at a translation during the live letter stating they have no info on new classes at the moment.

This was sometime before they showed the tanking mounts, but I was half paying attention.

Musketeer is a class, not a job. There's a Musketeer's Guild and so far, every guild has been for a class, not a job.

He already addressed musketeer in a previous live letter. Probably more than one to be honest because people keep asking, as made obvious by this thread.

He said there are greater priorities for class diversity and shared his thoughts on what would be coming next. What we've been led to believe by Yoshi P thus far is that a scout class/job is coming next. He said musketeer will eventually be added, with the guild in the game!e already and a lot of demand for it, but that it was very low on the priority list and it would be a while before we saw it.

That wrapped up the whole musketeer discussion for the short term, or rather it should have. People still keep asking about it though, which is fine, but expecting an answer is silly. If nothing has changed regarding musketeer, and he has nothing new to share, then he'll chose other questions.

Whatever. Jobs come from classes that have a guild. Sorry for mixing up this stupid system of class to job as it really doesnt make much of a difference anyways. Who actually plays a class at 50? You are just nerfing yourself stat wise. Anyways its already in the game.
