Best way to tell, look at who all has Primal Ex weapons or Turn 5 weapons - You can pay for them, sure, but that's a very good indicator. Not even just that, some people claim "most players" haven't cleared turn 4 or Hard Mode primals, so just see who has a relic weapon of any level or any allagan fear from turn 1/2.

As someone said, usually check Wineport or Mor Dohna on Monday/Tuesday.

The allagan gear thing is a pretty poor gauge. I've been clearing at least 1-4 since last year and there are plenty of drops I have never even seen drop once.

Example: This year alone (since I can't remember when I started clearing coil last year exactly) there have been 11 weeks where I have never seen certain things drop. Throw in a month or 2 of last year on top of that and it's 20 weeks give or take of never seeing certain things drop. RNG is RNG.
