Yoshida: After the patch, you won't obtain Philosophy anywhere - it will be replaced with Mythology. There will be a NPC available which allows you to exchange currency at a predetermined rate.

Anyone know if we'll be able to gather potash and that sort of stuff from the new high level nodes? I'm still a vanya fan, even if it won't be considered high level anymore.

They haven't said anything about it but people have been speculating that they will come from the new nodes or be dropped in the new dungeons. Either is likely.

At 1st I got excited and planned to save 2k philo in order to +1 both my relics right after patch, but I think I'd be extremely lucky if I was able to +1 even just one of my weapons, which would tbh in itself be pretty generous. I just hope rate wont be any worse than 1:4 xc

If you mean ingredients you already bought, they'll probably stay the same.
If you mean where to get them instead, probably new gathering nodes, or available for cheap Myth tomes.

There is precedent in-game for 1:3, 1:4 or 1:5
