While healing Aitar try to stick to cure 1 alot unless your tank was eating the poison breath attack thingy. Also esuna only when he receives (or anyone else) 2 stacks of poison. Good luck!

Great advice here on all the mechanics. From a practicality standpoint and getting used to healing non FC members, go ahead and queue up the low level dungeons and work your way up. It'll ease you into the mechanics and reactionary style of whm healing without being overwhelming or punishing.
