A good rotation i use on like 90% of the content is ( after tank has solid hate):
Cure 1 -> cure 1 -> divine seal -> medica 2 -> regen on tank-> cure 2 -> stoneskin (divine seal should wear off now) -> [ Dps time ] Cleric stance ON -> Aero 2 -> Aero 1 -> ( stone 2 as many times till tank hp drops to 50/40%)
Cure 2 -> divine seal : start the rotaton again starting from divine seal till mob dies.
It works well with regular mobs and dungeon bosses.
But if party gets hurt then it becomes: divine seal -> medica 2 -> regen on tank -> cure 2 if an indvidual got hurt bad /or/ medica 2 if more people got hurt /or/ cure 3 if ppl are stacked and have taken heavy damage. ->*[ saint of shrouds ] if abailable to lower em ity and gain mp regen*->
