    They've made some tweaks, specifically to specific end game content and PvP (checking position more often in that content only). Some people have it easier, some people have it worse (because increased position checks means more traffic, and that's a problem for some connections).

    If you want to see how things really are for you, try Titan HM. It's still the big test as far as latency is concerned.
