I really hope they will continue letting us use our best classes to earn the weapons. Tanking any extreme gives me the chill.

But realistically, it make senses to force us to actually use the class.

And I actually hope there can be upgrades for extreme weapons also, so there's actually some variety.

People.... Really ? The Ex primals were designed since the beginning to be marginal content, here for the less casuals, those who wanted challenge.

Wanting such a content being compulsary for the casual masses' content (ie, relic upgrade), when we know that even Titan HM is still a nightmare for many, is total non-sense. Live with it, the Ex were a challenge, and will have no incidence on the development of the game.

The only one thing I'll see being added to give people incentive to beat them would be a "beat ifrit Ex" to unlock levi Ex, then "Beat Levi Ex" for 2.4 Ex primal, etc...

Imagine killing ex primals on the job you're upgrading relic for.

that would be easy, isnt it ? a decent amount of ppl (community) have only got 9 weps or are already farm it weekly, so for those ppl to kill garuda, titan, irfrit EM for relic upgrade it will not be a challenge

I really hope they DON'T use EX primals for Relic+2 upgrade.... Or for unlocking anything else either.

It's not that I think they are hard, cause they aren't, but seeing as my last Titan HM kill took me 4 days to get (4th relic), simply because people can't dodge.... (either because of lag or just being bad)

Doing them with randoms is just way to annoying and time consuming.... And you shouldn't have gather your FC to do it.
