Noob friendly free company

I was afk from this game for a while and came back to free company drama.
So it disbanded. I've been with them since the beginning of the game so I don't know how to even start looking for a new one. Are there any nice ones out there that will actually help someone to learn the game or put up with me? Cos I'm really shy ;~; also, does every free company have the constant xp buff or some don't bother with it?

The Working Class on the Lamia server is very newbie friendly. We answer questions and do our best to be helpful. If you have any question, look up my thread on the Lamia portion of these forums. We are adult, casual, and I allow no drama.. At all.

If you are willing to come to Coeurl and join .:Sleeping Forest:. I would love to help you i dont know of any on your server but i am sure there are plenty of new player friendly FCs in every server. You can also check your server forums to see if there are any. just have to find them :P the buff depends on the FCs lvl. anything lower thank rank 4 wont have it at all.

Free companies have a variety of buffs they can purchase from their associated grand company using credits. They earn these credits from their members for completing a variety of tasks. The full list is here as well as which buffs they can give. FCs can only have 2 active buffs at any given time, and these do cost some seals/credits each time.

It is not an FC, but we do have a linkshell on Leviathan that is set up to begin expanding again. It was set up initially to help lowbies and new players find groups for dungeons pre-2.1, teach them the dungeons, and help ease them in to endgame content. It's proved wildly successful and we recently created an expansion group to accommodate them all. purpose of the linkshell is just as a network group to help lowbies level and learn the game. Most of the most active members are friendly and helpful by nature. It's an alternative approach to consider, and you are more than welcome to ask for an FC recommendation from any of the members or ask them any questions you have.

Also, if you are interested in a FC, I am currently in one called Eidolon Rising. The group uses a lot of crude humor, is most active from 6pm-12pm EST, and is very mild in their drama. It is literally just a group of guys and girls who like to play games after work. We are focused on endgame coil runs and have just recently cleared T5.

I have a FC related and focused in help new players, made by noobies for noobies, and always willing to stay noob. (That last seems stupid and has no sense, I know, but it's a rather more deep concept that what it seems)...

Alas, we are not in the same server... ^^'

If you are interested in a server swap, Benevolence on Leviathan is a great FC for new or learning players. We also have a linkshell and help out in both. I myself have taken a few groups into Binding Coil Turn 1 to help people learn it since everyone wants experience only players, just as an example. We do any level of dungeon runs, help with Fates since we are all leveling multiple classes, I've even gotten help from our FC crafter a few times before.

Myself i am leveling up every class to 50 for the idea of helping players with any class they may need for dungeons and such
Also just to add to what Shug has said we also have a forum.

We always have the xp Boost on to help new players level up.
