PS4 pre-order question and PS4 ver. question

I was wondering if my Wife was to pre-order FFXIV ARR PS4 ver. would she be able to use the pre-order bonus on her existing FFXIV account? I am buying my Wife the PS4 next month, also I heard that the PS4 is supposed to play FFXIV at the equivalent of max PC settings, is that true? right now her best PC handles 1280x720 but not at max settings.

I would like to know as well, thinking about getting a PS4 next weekend in Okinawa, tired of playing on my Macbook Pro, will I be stuck on the loading screen all day like PS3 players?

well she didn't pre order the ps3/pc ver. she just upgraded to the collectors so that means if she pre orders the ps4 ver. she can get the pre order bonus (mog hat,cait sith minon) if i read and understand it correctly?

PS4 version is 1080p native resolution with unlocked framerate to a maximum of 60 FPS.

As I mentioned so far the quality of the visuals of the PS4 version will be basically like maximum settings on PC. The processing of the shadows is slightly different, so it’s not a complete equivalent, but the frame rate reaches 60 FPS.

As I understand it, correct.

As a side note, I believe what they're referring to is that if you pre-ordered the PS3/PC and have already applied the code for Cait Sith/Moogle Hat, using a PS4 pre-order code does not grant you anything extra.

it looks similar to max settings but it does have Occlusion Culling turned on, which leads to very annoying popins

well she never had the ps3 preorder so no codes was ever gotten we want to know if she preorders can she add the bonus from preording the ps4 ver to her existing account?
