It all came naturally honestly. I did not memorize anything on purpose and I pretty much now what is comming and when. I still anticipate for example plumes and there is landslide comming or such (but it's very rare), this is where reacions come into play. If you are not standing out of place completely (say you are in the middle), you can get into correct position in time safely without much trouble.

Titan is all about memorization. You can plan when to use certain skills when you know what's coming. SCH has a 21 second AoE heal on a 1 min CD, so you should probably use it at specific points in the fight.
