I'm wondering this as well. To me it seems that it's too low to be a bunny ear, or at least a viera's ear. If it was dropping that would be fine, but it should be placed higher up on her head, and not on the side? or maybe it's tied behind her? I really can't tell if it's behind her or not, so to reiterate is that some bunny ear or just a fold?

Also as far as the argument of "bunny males would look weird" I personally think they'd be fine, we already have cat boys, and pretty boy elves. This is Final Fantasy, not roid rage Warcraft.
