People seem to forget it took just over 2 months for a group to finally beat turn 5. Granted that was when twisters were still unforgiving but still. Remember that when 2.2 comes out everyone is going to be undergeared for new coil, just as people were with the first version. I suspect that there will be dps checks in Turn 9 that you will simply fail in i90, no matter how skilled you are.

Nah, BG will clear it and then people will put them on blast and cry for a nerf. Then once the nerf hits, all those hardcore groups will be able to clear Coil II and pretend that they are the bestest in the whole wide world.

I think it may be some sort of event/achievement reward. It just looks a little too gimmicky imo to be actual equipment. Anyone know where that picture came from?

Not sure where the pic is from, but as far as the looks, have you seen the Harlequin set? I would say its about as equally out of place compared to most gear.

Did anyone notice the DL style armor at 1:21 that had no head piece? I think they are finally separating them. Or at least making a new model where it is.

The PVP gear is the same I believe. Warwolf? I don't remember. I all but forgot about PVP until I saw the trailer.

If we rabbit hole this, I would agree with musketeer and the left as gambler. My only thing is, I think the infantry set is on a PLD as its the only job that carries a weapon like that on its hip. I would imagine a musket would be a back worn item like a bard.

Well, not exactly. The only out of place thing on the Harlequin set is the Jester's cap. The body is an acton and the other pieces aren't notable. This on the otherhand is an entire production. Fishnet stockings, that skirt, cards in the hat, even the body is different. Idk we will find out on the 27th, but my money is on event/achievement reward.
