Titan HM needs a change for those who can't devote all their time to this game.

Hopefully they will further nerf hm primals ( mainly titan ) because you know, the new wall for primals is titan ex.
So just let the ppl that are behind catch up because there's really no point in keeping the whole attitude of keeping baddies out when that content u r defending becomes obsolete months later.
So keep your entitlement to your self because we all know that most ppl at endgame are trash without strat videos and statics.
People who pug have more diversity in playstyle as they always have to adjust to the new party to hopefully obtain a victory.

I feel it\\'s a little bit too easy to get a RELIC weapon currently, it\\'s called Relic

But relics are becoming obsolete unless they make it have possible future upgrades past zenith.
Getting relics were hard and expensive in the "past".
Getting relics "now" is quick and easy as that content became old and familiar. Ppl come in with higher gear because you know, all that myth they earned doing ak, wp, ct, hm dungeons?
Stop trying to make this game sound like its super hardcore and shouldn\\'t have content that will be eventually accessible to the playerbase that\\'s behind.
Also you spent your time because you probably wanted to get it earlier which u did.
These ppl felt no rush/ had troubles so now they are months/ weeks behind you, so after all that wait don\\'t you think they deserve to finally achieve what you have achieved long ago?

I will concede the point that it's frustrating as a tank, but that's really because you literally do nothing the entire fight. It's one of the fights where most of the pressure is on the dps

The most pressure is probably the healers as you need to dodge, heal, and ocasionally help dps the heart when the dps is lacking.
It's just a dps check = gear and skill rotations. But skill rotation applies for healers and tanks too. So it makes dps have 1 less viable reason. So it just comes down to dps being geared.
So technically the difficulty goes like
Whm > sch > ( caster dps ) > ( melee dps) > brd > tank
Because don't u just hate it when the bards screw up the worst when they obviously have the highest mobility out of everyone?

Disciples of War and Magic may also want to dust off their relic weapons if they aren't still using them, as an opportunity to unlock their true powers will present itself.

I highly doubt Titan HM will see the adjustments, if the next step up in the relic upgrade is substantial.

Don't think it will become obsolete developer said there's going to be an upgrade to zenith relics so titan hm will still be doable if you're trying to get new relic

post heart, about 70% of the time, u get into the sweetspot and never have to move, watch for landslide and hit your cd to eat rock buster/mb. The other 30% u may have too many dead and have to dodge/eat a wol but its still effortless.

If what your screenshot shows is the sweet spot, I think I'll pass. I've already stepped off the platform way too many times before trying to find one (that, or just getting hit by two bombs instead of one) and I eventually decided it's better off to just eat one rather than keep screwing the party over.

They most certainly should not do this. Titan HM helps you learn for Titan EX. Content needs to have gradual difficulty increases not HUGE jumps. If they nerf all the lower stuff it is going to be like someone running for 10min every day for a year and then trying to run a full marathon. That jump is too much and the person will not be prepared.

Except it really doesn't.

These fights are all about knowing the patterns, and what to do about specific moves. Titan EX has completely different patterns and moves. You can run Titan HM over nine thousaaaaaaand times but if you have not seen/heard anything about how the Titan EX fight works, you will not be prepared.

About the only thing Titan HM will "teach" you in preparation for Titan EX is how badly you can/will get screwed by lag.

Also, again, there is no indication that anyone who is trying to beat Titan HM even wants to do Titan EX in the first place. A lot of people just want their relic weapons done and couldn't give two sheets about the EX primals yet.

when looking up the eorzea app for my iOS i saw one called titan companion (cause i just put in ffxiv because i forgot the name) and just had to download it, already had 9/9 relics but was curious what it did
if i had this app for my first titan it would have been amazing, but now ill just join a pfs group and tank it for fun

I think he was saying that it's not as derpaderp as you say it is for a tank. For a new tank, you don't know of any "sweet spots" to just sit there and cd for mb. New tanks have to learn when to use cd's to eat bombs and also have them up for eating mb's. They also have to dodge wotl if some people are dead. Good/great tanks would also find ways to dodge the bombs without getting the party clipped by rock buster and then moving back to position while keeping aggro rotation and remembering when mb is coming to pop a cd.
