Honestly, instead of this whole "Prism" whatever feature they should have just implemented "Vanity" slots where you just drag over the "Looks" pieces and you can freely remove/replace the individual pieces.
Quick. Simple. No hassles.

They needed a way to make crafters relevant without actually making them so in end game.
Everyone is going to want prisims forever.
Two birds, one stone.

Hmm makes sense. Any idea if these prism things are disposable? Meaning you get 1 "Glamour" per prism, or is it like the materia making system?
I believe they already stated that it's one prisim per use. Presumably so you have to keep buying prisims (and thus crafters have to keep making them) if you wanna keep changing your look.

My bet is something like Dyes. Crafters makes the, and you use one per item you want to customize. And probably like someone said there will be one "remove glamour" item.
Yeah, but as you're on Legacy, you should know better - You should know the market will crash within minutes and be pretty much a useless market in terms of relevance as most people will be able to craft their own :3
Oh without a doubt. Quickly and ruthlessly. But, provided the prisms are cheap enough to make, they could still sell to those that don't craft.
Same here. Its just another PS3 limitation IMO. Vanity slots = more UI elements, and theyre already full with the PS3. Using the prism probably just pops up a confirmation menu or something. Vanity slots would = another tab in the character window and/or another icon. Doesnt sound like much but when they remove things like focus target on PS3 (and were only able to add it if it toggles the exp bar) because of memory issues, it becomes a problem.
