When you translate the text, it says Lamia. Then again, for all I know it says Mother of Lamia, making it Medusa.

A monster like series regular Lamia. It's very close to the FFXI model.

Notice the two Coil monsters. One is an Ochu and the other if you look close is a bionic treant (the comment under the picture tells you to look closely to notice it's a tree). Is there any good potential entrance area in the Shroud for the new Turns?

We already know where the new entrance is, North Shroud, in the southmost clearing.

Looking at the Treant reskin mob... All those little bumps where a normal treant would have branches and foliage, makes me feel sad for it. A bit like if you bionicized a human, cut off their arms, and only left stumps cuz, hey, they a cyborg, they don't need arms they got lazors 'n shiz.

It probably is a Trent.

Since the new coil takes place in the Black Shroud. The mobs look like Allagan versions of it, hence the funky Ochu.
