Uhh, if you can't beat Titan HM, you're locked out from doing either of those even if you wanted to try.

Not that I'm seeing the relevance anyway because not once did the OP mention Coil or EX.

Yoshida has already said that he designed this game with 2 types of gear progression: progress to current i90 via Binding Coil of Bahamut (and recently, Extreme Primals), or you can use Myth. For players who can't devote all their time into the game to practice or even do raids/farms on BC/Primal EX, then you are free to run easy dungeons like WP/AK/CT for you myth tomes during your own free time and you still can gear yourself to i90 which will be then severely overgearred for Titan HM.
Which still fails to address the problem really because not even a i90 can carry the fight.
