Have you tried activating Fight or Flight as soon as you pull and doing as many Rage of Halone combos as you can while it's active? Cuz people do all kinds of derpy stuff and complain about aggro.

For example, if you are cross-classed into something like Fracture and worrying about applying it right away, your priorities are not in order.

you must be a pretty good tank, with ilvl 75 you are able to tank T4. My tank is at 78, and I am still too chicken to tank even T1

Have you actually tanked T4 successfully? What about even just Garuda EX?

And really...there is no reason to be having aggro issues by the time you are supposed to eat the first fruit if you're even a half-way decent tank, especially after 2.1. As long as you are doing a proper rotation (which for PLD is just Shield Lob -> Fight or Flight -> Fast Blade -> Savage Blade -> Rage of Halone -> Repeat aggro combo with Shield Swipe procs...) you won't have issues on the boss (or any single target as long as DPS aren't way overgearing you in a post-50 fight)

Commendation achievements mean nothing. I get it regularly running daily low level roulette and guildhest. :/ It just means you play with random people more than others and random people just happen to find you acceptable.

What's the maiming ring doing there? Your accuracy is way too low. Even with HQ Stuffed Cabbage, it's still only 460 so.... And if you're not holding aggro enough in AV, no way you could hold aggro in turn 4.
Not to nitpick you but if you're macroing Flight or Flight into Fast Blade, you'll miss out aggro on when it matters.

I've gotten commendations for leaving a macro on and watching anime . Means absolutely nothing.
