Confused on what you are asking. WHM is good for end game content. Stoneskin isn't needed for SCH because their Aldo is a better resource for them. If you decide you like SCH better then you have to level it. You can't trade your CNJ levels to ACN.

It's not a necessary skill for SCH, but Stoneskin is a great spell to have, even if just for before battles or to pop during downtime. 10% damage buffer is great. Pop it up on all of the party members and the healer won't need to touch them if they take a hit or two during a fight. When I run stuff on PLD I'll pop stoneskin on people if no one else has it, it's good damage mitigation and really helps the healers.
