2.2, What are your Coil Group Plans and your own Solo Plans?

I'm genuinely curious to read about everyone plans for 2.2 first week. Without doubt in my mind, there will be a 24 hours maintenance for patch 2.2.

So what are your FC/Coil groups plans? T6+ right away? or maybe finish BiS from T1-T5 for your entire group quick before you go bang your head against T6+?

Maybe Leviathan? Crafting perhaps? Or something entirely different.

I helm my own Coil group and already planned out what we wish to do as soon as we group up. Personally I will take 2 days off work once 2.2 date is known. Since I live in Australia and my group is American based I will spend the first few hours on Leviathan until my group wakeup/come back home from work. Then it depends if we get our Bard his ilvl95 before 2.2 or not. He is the only person missing an ilvl95 in the group and farming Twin quick should not take long. However, if we get his weapon in the upcoming 2-3 weeks, it is going to be all Coil T6+ until we pass out ^^.

So what about you & your group?

Gonna farm T1-5 like crazy for my bard BiS since I got really bad luck in Coil drops the last month. Still never seen the boots for example. After that first Leviatan probably, depending on the final iLv for the weapons he drops, otherwise first T5 farm until we got our Allagan Weapons. I'm European playing on an American server so it's the same situation as you are in, however I'll simply sleep around 4-5 hours after work and then play until I have to leave for work again. And that will be farming T6+ until death and gathering myth tomes to quickly get my 3 alt classes to iLv 90 so that I got a wider variety of options and groups.

I actually wonder if leviathan will provide ilvl95 or just 90.

I guess it depends on where the leviathan weapons come from. If the weapons come from HM they may be as low as 85, though I don't find that especially likely. Hard to say given the 2 different fights and our limited knowledge of the rewards.

In any case, I think my coil group is going to be farming up 1-4 a lot. I think only 1 or 2 people are actually at ilvl 90 (most people missing a ring or have been outfitting 3 jobs). I hope we can down T5 by then, but we might not. Even if we do, it'll probably be a lot of running coil 1, 2, and 4 unless we really start nailing 5 so we can add that to the list. Maybe some of the other new stuff as well, but I expect new HM/Ampador Ruins armor to be 75 at best, so outside of the expected 300 new tomes there won't be much rush on that content.

Will see how it goes first, I'm not gonna rush the contents as most likely I'll end up having headaches with the partymates in Party Finder.

T6 and Levi for sure. T6 during scheduled raid timings (since we have to take into account of each's schedule), on non raid timings I'm in an existing LS with many capable EM/T5 farm players and we will group up on ad hoc (see who's online) basis and go for Leviathan.

Only when things get a little stagnant such as hitting a road block (T7 highly being one), might take some free time to farm myth/BC to gear alternates up to i90.

Experience as much new raid content while fresh, before those stupid spoiler guides appear and u are forced to watch them. Or at least im gonna try to push this idea through.

Going to blast coil until T9 down, same with Leviathan EX and Gilgamesh. Full i90 BiS Scholar set and ready to go, Alt set and ready as backup.

I think the HM will provide ilvl95 since SE mention high lvl wep and use this as step stone to beat the old content and the EM will give another jewel piece

Be willing to bet 1 gil that the HM weapon is going to be 10ilvl below the new coil gear (likely to be ilvl 110).
