    Here Are stats Comparison Bettween Both darksteel And darklight Heavy Armor
    Heavy Darklight Armor
    Strenght: 33
    Vitality: 36
    Parry: 43
    Critical Hit Rate: 30
    Heavy Darksteel Armor(HQ)
    Strenght: 33
    Vitality: 36
    Parry: 30(39 w. materia)
    Determination: 29
    Accuracy: 36 with materia
    if Focus is Parry and Accuracy i would use this materia configuration
    4x Heaven's Eye IV Materia
    1 Battle Dance IV Materia
    If you prefer having Critical hitrate over Accuracy then by all means go with darklight
    this and the flanchard would be the only pieces of Darksteel the rest would be darklight for sure
