Except that PLD gets Sword Oath at level 30 and uses the extra damage from it as a pseudo-increased enmity while waiting for Shield Oath with it's legitimate increased enmity at 40. It would also require PLD to blow a GCD swapping between the two any time they wanted to go from high to low enmity. Modifying a single relatively useless skill (i.e. alertness or shield swipe) and turning it into a t3 combo attack for Riot Blade doesn't really require all that much development effort (really just requires a new animation because giving it numbers would be super simple since it would just need to match RoH combo roughly) and doesn't create as many problems with the leveling process (Shield Swipe is 30 and Alertness is 34, which is only slightly earlier than when the other melee classes get their second t3 combos).
Titan crits the crap out of me.. I thought I had seen some crits from Cads but maybe not.. I remember reading elsewhere on here (before I had even sniffed coil) that those mobs can't crit. That is fixed. The problem I have with Awareness is that monsters in coil can't even crit. Extreme primals can crit, but their specials don't (if they do I've never been hit by one). Monster crit rates are relatively low, so even against monsters that can crit, it's a really really bad cooldown and eats up a trait slot on a class that already has too many cooldowns and situational buttons. Another WS and an improved Shield Swipe could give paladin something resembling a real rotation and more choices in combat.
Edit: Been watching some clips for Turn 5 (learning) and the snakes have crit a few times. You guys sure about coil = no crit?

Oh yeah totally forgot that, then maybe SE could swap Sword and Shield Oaths places to give enmity stance before "DPS" stance for PLD's.
