Pretty sure there will be restrictions such as not being able to use seasonal gear or gear outside of what the job can normally equip.

For me it will basically be picking a gearset I enjoy visually and mapping it onto the BiS I wear for stats

As for weapon - I'll probably want to go with the Zantetsuken for PLD
