    yes you can change the font size and you cant make most of the boxes in the ui by clicking the right trigger but the npc's speech box and text does not change at that is what is to small to read on a tv. its kinda like square just put the pc version on ps4 without checking the text. ive been doing quest without reading them, just following the map markers.
