Can you make clusters actually breakable or decrease shard demand on recipes? Will you do something about night milk?

Are there any plans for improving pet AI and responsiveness in general?
Popping pet related CDs feels slow and frustrating.
If your first language isn't J-E-D-F you'll had a hard time as a new player finding a FC.
Are there any plans to improve at least this aspect?
You'll end for sure in a server with few to none players that speak your language and feel forced to transfer/start a new character in other server.
3 Questions:
1) Will we finally get more options to gear our classes? What I mean is that gear progression right now is too linear. Items are quickly dismissed because the available stats on them don't make sense for the job. We need more ways to obtain viable gear(Crafting/Drops and Tomes).
2) Are there any plans to introduce set boni so classes can boost specific abilities or gain additional effects.
3) The materia system is sadly underutilized. Are there any plans to expand on it?
Not game related, but...
Are there any plans to bring back the job/class specific forums so we players looking for info on said specific job/class don't have to dig through posts completely unrelated to what we're looking for job-wise?
As I know there are daily duty roulette. So far I have seen they given bonus rewards mostly for tank role, yet I do understand to help other play to level up their Gladiator/Paladin or Marauder/Warrior but I have a question about the bonus reward; I want to give bonus to DPS and healer too because I already have my Warrior and Paladin to lvl 50. So I want to work on my DPS and healer classes to 50 as well, I would kindly to ask you to give bonus rewards to not only for tank but also for DPS and healer as well. Or anything you have planned to help this out?
SMN & SCH Shared Stat Allocation
I really enjoy playing both SMN & SCH. However, i'm limited to only 1 set of stat allocations shared by both jobs. This does not allow me to maximize my output on both jobs and downright makes me sad. Is there any consideration in addressing this?

Currently, TP reliant jobs itemized for Skill Speed burn through TP really quickly, and BRDs are not inclined to facilitate that with their Paeon given the detrimental effect. Cross-class Invigorate can only help this so much in drawn out fights.
This seems to make skill speed a much less desirable stat across the board. Can something be done about this? Or will it remain a joke-stat?
En Masse's "Tera" recently added "Solo Dungeons" designed for the solo player, or DPS class that can't always wait 20+ minutes in a queue. I believe this concept can greatly change the queue times for Party play greatly. Have you considered anything along these lines?
Could we change what is viewed in the Party List?
For everyone, no matter the class, all that is shown is the MP remaining. While this is extremely important for castors, and the Bard, the melee classes hardly touch their MP, if at all. This also means the Bard never can see if party members need more TP.
Comparitively, seeing MP is much more important, but I would like to see the Melee classes showing their TP, while the mages still show MP; or having the option to see both.
