    Being against caps is being anti-casual.
    No, it is not. Having all my jobs geared instead of 3 or 4 does not hurt or affect casual players at all. If anything, it would help because I would be able to fill empty PF slots with other jobs.

    I'm curious how many "must be i85 or above" parties did you see in October?
