Afaik, offensive names are already against TOS, so I think it will suffice report the player, that after the fun of making such names, will have then the fun of a sanctioned account.

It's not like the names are illegal or hurtful, they're just purposefully stupid from people who jokingly just put in whatever they thought of and now that they want to be serious players demand that they're allowed to change names.

Seriously, even though there have to be some LEGITIMATE people who dont like their names. I can easily asure you that the majority are idiots who now regret their original name choices and dont want to start over. They dont deserve it.
