The blue and white robe just looks like a generic low-level robe (specifically, the custom robe of healing, a unique/untradable level 5 item acquired from the CNJ's Guild as a reward for the level 5 CNJ quest has that exact colouring), where as the flower staff is the level 50/ilevel 70 crafted CNJ/WHM weapon Alkalurops, which you can get easily enough from the Market Board.

Can I ask what boots/shoes you have on in this photo please? And if the are connected to the leggings? I am trying to find ones like this for my outfit but I don't want to lose the looks of my Spring Skirt.
