1) The Japanese strategy is nice, but most players don't even know it.
2) Your OT takes Chirada and the plume, when Chirada dies, you wait for your OT to taunt Suparna and bring her next to you. If he doesn't, just don't DPS. If they whine, tell them to L2P.

About the plumes, we let the WHM and BLM kill them. If they need you, tell them to L2P.
