    Is that forum only for people currently participating in the beta? I logged out and in and can't access it.

    Also, where can I join the beta? I'm interested in the later phases of testing, but haven't signed up yet.

    You just download the client from ps4's store and follow the prompts after you download it. There should be an option to link your current SE account (which will grant you your legacy/veteran in the beta )
