For those of you who are looking for a really easy and painless way to blast through those last five levels, here's a video showing you the darkhold mass pull kill method people have been using:

It's super easy and works with any regular 4 man set up. It is slightly faster with 2x casters but definitely works with 2x melee as well.

Can do the same thing in AV with the first room. Regardless, XP is not really much faster than it was with FATEs in 2.0. You got 41017 in 3:20. If it takes you 1 minute to leave and re-queue, that's 9465 XP/min with the best-case scenario and a possible underestimate of overhead. I recorded 7268/min doing FATEs at that level in 2.0. 'Course, you can't get that much XP from FATEs anymore, sadly.

I think the point is that DD/AV are among the fastest ways to gain exp now. No one really cares if they're not as good as FATEs in 2.0 because 2.0 is gone.
