These things shouldn't be posted on a website, they should be somehow incorporated in-game rather pulling players away from the game to read a wall of text with no connection to whats current in-game, though perhaps this is intended to distract players from the game because it is, well you play it right? I don't need to tell you the state of the game...

Actually that wouldn't be to bad. You could easily integrate something into the game that pulls up a window with text to read. But again it takes time to make sure that it works properly, etc.

I wouldn't mind Triple Triad being placed in the game, but I'd also want it to be supported INSIDE the game with card drops, crafting cards, etc. That would take a lot of development so I'd rather wait for when Triple Triad would be polished and ready to go on launch than another half-wit project. There are more pressing matters to attend to currently.

I'm so board of the game right now id rather not log on to wait for that moron to pop to hear that info... right now id rather just come here, read it, then go on about my day. If the game was worth playing, I would agree, having the info in game (as well as on here for people who cant always log on (like people who are at work )) would be a fine idea. Even the guy that pops in and out of town would be just fine with me.

Wrong.

If you're going to do newspapers, having them in-game is a good idea, but they should also be posted on the Lodestone. I don't play FFXIV anymore because it's a terrible game, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't be allowed to follow its development on the website.

And even if I did still play FFXIV, I wouldn't be playing it 24/7. Reading the Lodestone can be done anywhere.
