Example and ect: Add it like were if a leader try to kick everyone there the 7 day vote stuff on members if there in the guild after 6 months or the promoted people.

Have the. Were the guild get a guild hall (house here) and it get and give special bonuses that are worth it to the guild. Like everyone get +1 str small, +2 medium, +3 str large house. That in the guild.

Have the actually were as a guild there is few special dungeons and stuff you can run get unique items. and also have leaderboards for for some guild events.

I am sure missing a half dozen other stuff the F2P games got for guilds.

Example: i logged in to a old F2P mmo game have not been into in years and the guild had 70 active people still, and the person that created it left long ago as afk and his cousin was given the leader and tryed to kick them i guess , but they were able to prevent it. I am Sure it help that there was like 5k in real money in the hall. Was a old friend and was crazy. Still was going strong.

It's really hard for me to understand what you are saying... but here is what I am getting:

-- You want there to be a voting system for kicking people out, so that leaders cannot just go on a kicking rampage without the consent of others.
-- You want attribute bonuses added to the 'actions' that already exist... based on the size of house that someone owns. (Bigger attribute bonus for larger houses.)
-- You want free companies to have access to special dungeons and unique items you can only get through clearing them with your free company.
-- Apparently these are F2P features in other MMOs.

You already do get bonuses for houses based on the furniture you put in there, and I believe more bonuses will come along as houses become more affordable (and the servers can handle them). I don't think there will ever be FC-only content, as SE has spent so much time on their DF and PF systems.

Yea. If look outside of WoW and look into other games , take for example 100 people 15$ bucks a month to earn it. That would be $1,500 dollar FC.

Would be better that if you donated to the FC chest then if your kicked/leave you get all the gil you donated. If you donated say 3 mil and the FC used it to buy that house then they are locked out of the house until the gil is paid back watch how many FC leaders stop this whole Rage boot. Can also make it so there is a court system where if the FC member feel the FC leader is using 2 much money of the FC chest on themselves they can get all there gil removed put back into the chest and that person loses master status. Yes it would need to be 100% confidential also, so no one gets booted for questing the FC leader over there spending habbits..

FC's currently have very limited benefit over linkshells. I think OP was just trying to say that in some "Play(try) for free" games there are a lot more options and benefits for joining a guild(fc), that's all. This shouldn't exactly be news to our player base.

And can we please stop with the "IF YOU DONT LIKE IT GO BACK TO GAME X"? Obviously people paid (and maybe subbed) to play this game. With the majority of posts like this being people who are just frustrated and want the best out of what is a game with very great potential.
