PS4 Beta Opening Movie Freeze

I too am experiencing this, I was getting the error for firs time set up but that seems to have gone away when I removed the game and reinstalled. But now the opening cinematic is freezing and I cannot skip it. It seems to always happen when the narrator says "The annals or Eorzean history..." and then just stops. I have to go back to the dashboard and close the application.

I freeze at the same exact spot. I had a previous problem where i couldnt get past the client update and got error 20019 and got past that by redownloading the beta but now I'm getting this
