    Oh, I probably should of mentioned I was talking about the PS4 version .
    I'm using a 22" computer monitor at 1080P. Thanks for the reply.

    They might not fix that. They're probably compensating for an ancient thing called "Overscan" when it comes to televisions.

    Most TVs you can defeat all of it and some you cannot. They're probably catering to those who can't defeat all their overscan.
