Well the twintania fight isn't essentially hard, it's just people screw up often/not good. Once you get a fixed formula going, any monkey can clear it. The unintended changes introduced in this patch just screwed up this fixed formula that worked for you guys that's why it felt harder. In essence, the fight actually felt little to no difference to me.

My drg has full i90 with spear at i90. My blm has sceptor and all i90 but darklight for 2 slots and it's at i87 instead of 86

That would be rounding down. 13 slots, 10 of those i90, 2 i70, one i95. Average is 87.3.

In hindsight what I said doesn't really make sense since I only paid attention from i83 onwards so I didn't notice extra bumps along the way so I assumed we only had 10 slots

Yeah 13 slots, If you use a 2 handed weapon, it counts for both the weapon and offhand slots, so you count it twice. But yeah, Full i90 and an i95 weapon rounds down to 90 still. You would need another 8 ilvls to hit 91 and exactly 8 more would actually average out to exactly 91.

Not exactly. It adds 20/13 (approx 1.53) to your ilvl. So every other upgrade from DL to myth adds 2 ilvls, the others add 1.

iLVL is just the averaged gear rounded down instead of up (IE: 89.9 will still be 89 not 90), which kinda sucks.

Yet another individual who doesn't read before posting nor having any idea about T5 drops.
Edit: Allow me to repost this info again. If you have an i95 two handed weapon you can get to i90 with one piece of i80 gear equipped. If you have i95 Blm or pld weapon, this does not work.
I would post a screenshot to demonstrate but I'm 2002ing and pissed atm.
