Unfortunately, having the feature disabled during battle seems like common sense, which Square Enix doesn't seem to have a whole lot of. Why do we need to check if people are ready when we are already engaged with the enemy?
Extra code to disable it at any given time. If you dont think people will use it mid battle, why take the extra time to disable it?
I know where you're coming from, but they've already disabled votekick and vote abandon during battle. I don't see how it would've killed them to do the same for RC.
Thats a fair point, but those actions would be far more open to abuse by people who ware running with a group that isnt full in the duty finder. Kick the guy who isnt in your guild at the last second so if your gear drops its all yours. a ready check during fights is nothing more than irritating.
