Can I still get the Dalamud minion?

if anyone is wondering... the soundtrack DOES come with the bonus code. but it's NOT valid. you can't redeem it. i have tried to redeem it 3 times. one of them was tried with the code entered in all capital letters. either way the code it not valid.

tried calling support. but they said they can't help with the issue. cause there is no way to prove or dis-prove if i gave the code to someone. or used it on another account. either way... don't get lied to. the codes are no longer valid.

I had this issue the first two times I tried to enter my code. Log out then log back into Mogstation and redo the code and make sure they are all capital just like the code says. If your browser saves what you typed in do not select that just reinput the code in from scratch it should work.

code is still invalid. well this wouldn't be the first time i have got cheated. no worries though. everything i buy ends up being junk. so is all good. i didn't buy the OST only for the minion code. so like oh wells. but i feel sorry for anyone who did! lols 60$ for a fake bonus code. :-x

Did you buy it from their store or online somewhere?

Are you using your correct region's Mogstation? NA vs. EU vs. JP? Are you inputting the correct code? There were a bunch of different code sheets that came with the soundtrack and the one you want is on the slip of paper with Louisoix on it.

Make a thread on it, because this is pretty serious and see if the a Dev can double check for you.

Maybe when you went to register it for whatever reason it submitted the information twice in quick succession, and instead of getting a confirmation message, it submitted the now already submitted code a second time and said it was invalid.
