I'm not paying so that they can say one thing today and change their minds without telling me tomorrow. If that's the way you think a business should be run, then good for you. But as a paying customer, I want to be informed of things that could potentially alter my experience in the game. That is why they release patch notes. To keep their user base informed. Why should they only put some things on it but leave out other things? If you're going to put out patch notes, put down everything that was changed.
