Addressing things i think are deterring FFXIV from becoming complete

Fair enough and i do see that happening lately, i have myself dropped out of the game in the last 3 months until recently that i decided to reactivate in light of promised changes, I think FFXIV has placed some mechanics in place that make the experience different and fresh however the core mechanics of what makes a MMO feel sturdy in it's foundation in the long run seem shaky, as a initial new player might find everything a breeze but as the days grow longer and the inevitable farming begins, i think this same foundations show very heavy cracks that need to be mended, or the game can start suffering from player indifference

I still have 30 days left and I won't be resubbing. In my personal opinion I think the game is just way to easy, therefore it's boring. I understand he tried to make it "casual" but casual does not mean easy.

DO NOT get me started on the pvp. I can't even explain the amount of disappointment I had when I tried it.

Um wow okay? I was actually being serious. The only thing I noticed off the top that was different between the thread you linked and all the other threads like this, not the "This game sux like yer mom" ones. Was that, that OP had a nice big disclaimer pretty much saying "no nonsense" subs dropped in 1.0 and now we have....this. It's not like people are asking for a complete overhaul. They just want a tad more difficulty and an actual economy.
