Just moved to Tonberry. Leveling FCs?

Well, I suppose the title explains the most of it. My friend and I just moved to Tonberry because of the lack of English players (and active FCs) on our other server. We're both still casually leveling, me in the 40s range and my friend is still 30s. We're more interested in leveling multiple jobs (at this point in time) rather than leveling up one job for raiding.

I was wondering if there any any FCs that have an active leveling player group? I mean it probably would be fun to do group-leveling/dungeons with FC instead of waiting hours to find DF groups or whatnot cause the rest of your FC wants to do level 50 raids.

Oh, English-speaking international FC preferred, but will be ok with Japan, SE Asia, and Oceanic timezones.

Quite large. Tonberry is the unofficial SEA server, you'll find Singapore seems to be the most frequent in the server, following Australia and Japan. Other places include Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and others.
Most of the server talks English, but you'll see Japanese players since it is after all, a Japanese server. Party Finders will often list things such as "JP only", so if you're quick to anger about 'bigotry' or anything, remember that we're on their server.

As for OP, I'm not one to know much about the grand list of Free Companies, but Mirai is the social FC of the server, boasting up to 300 players who are for the most part casual. Usually people join Mirai then wind up partying another, one by one slowly forming before they leave or form a static raid amongst themselves.

PF and Fate might help leveling up as well. Also, it is best that you find a really good FC that can help you.
I'm currently leveling up my other tank class, Marauder.

Shouting and yelling at crowded area might help you find party easily when you want to dungeon party or fate grinding.
