I don't think there should be *any* kind of in-game marriage system.
That stuff can stay RP or whatever.

It would be nice for my husband and I if they do implement an in-game marriage system. I'd really like to get shared housing out of it and maybe the ability to trade U/U items between each other (fat chance, I know, but a girl can dream).
And in all honesty, even if there was in game marriage, if you don't take part in it yourself, then it doesn't affect you.

Everyone thought paid retainers and fantasia would be the end of it.
You were warned.

What about the unmarried people? Would they be left out of a shared housing system or the trading of U/U items? Hell, the U/U trading would make everyone to get married just to be able to do it. As for shared housing, what happens if two people who got married and then one person takes everything that was shared and doesn't give it back, logs off, server transfers? Does SE have to be a marriage counselor, or start banning people for grieving? I don't see any purpose of having any sort of marriage system in place. If you want to RP it, then RP it. Get friends together, have a ceremony, get a ring or what other object you'd like to use, make your own vows, etc.. Why does SE have to facilitate it? I'm not opposed to having it in the game and I'm not opposed to not having it in the game., however there should be zero "perks" if they do add it.It would be nice for my husband and I if they do implement an in-game marriage system.
