This is correct they are a Data Solutions Company.
The Original Post here is mixing info on Verizon Northeastern US players routing thru Level 3 and getting Packet Loss at the Destination due to an issue with Level 3. With info posted showing evidence that Ormuco via Whois is SE's Data Solutions Company.
I don't have or know their contracts, the details/levels of service, etc and they likely have a non-disclosure agreement. The Original Post here is confusing as it is 2 different conversations with 2 different forum members combined.
SE knows the issue and we might not even get a response due to a NDA.
