Personal feelings about personal shops?

I would like to have a personal bazaar back like we had on XI.

I like the idea. Going into a party with some random people and find a super duper nice item at a nice price was so nice.
Yet it won't work because the duty finder groups people from many servers and SE don't want you to "ruin" the other server "economy".

it is a bit weird how the cross server thing works, it's like the whole idea is based around "you can look but you cant touch!" so if I see someone struggling in my party I cant give them potions or something to help them? But I get why the restrictions have to be there.
